If you’re looking for a bright, refreshing drink, this butterfly pea lemonade is a great option.
The delicate floral notes of the butterfly pea flower complement fresh lemon and mint beautifully, a vibrant drink that is as visually appealing as it is refreshing.
Ingredients

3 cups boiling water

½ cup dried Butterfly Pea flowers

¼ cup honey
-
⅓ cup lemon juice
-
330ml soda water (1 can)

Lemon slices
-
Mint leaves
-
Ice cubes
Method

Add boiling water to butterfly pea flowers and soak for 10-15 minutes.

Once the colour is visible enough, strain and discard the flowers.

Add honey and lemon juice to the tea. Mix well and pour it over a glass of ice.

Add soda and garnish with the lemon slices and mint leaves.
