We are often asked to describe the flavour of these flowers.  In their dried form we get hints of edamame beans and soy in the aroma.  In the brewed form there is still a hint of the savoury nature of edamame but it is a very light and delicate liquor in terms of taste and very easy to drink.  This makes it a great carrier for adding other flavours to.
