Stir Tea Premier - White Peony Tea Cake (China) - 25 gram resealable pouch
This white peony "tea cake" is composed of open leaf blended with delicate silver down covered buds which are then styled into a compressed cake form. The teas are a combination of several years' harvests and result in a delicious liquor with a sweet flavour. We break off a piece of tea cake to meet your specific weight requirements (minimum 25 grams). We recommend it is served without milk.
Our Stir Premier Tea selection show cases the 2008 spring harvest teas from China. In April 2008 our Director, Michelle Casson,journeyed deep into the rural heartland of Southern China where she was able to admire century old traditions, craftsmanship and witness the reverence that tea is afforded in that country.
