This new style white tea is composed of open leaf blended with delicate silver down covered buds. It has a sweet flavour that sharpens the senses but does not overwhlem. We recommend it is served without milk.

Our Stir Premier Tea selection show cases the 2008 spring harvest teas from China. In April 2008 our Director, Michelle Casson,journeyed deep into the rural heartland of Southern China where she was able to admire century old traditions, craftsmanship and witness the reverence that tea is afforded in that country.
Our Premier range includes the teas that Michelle observed being grown, nurtured and crafted by local tea farmers and their families who have been crafting teas for centuries.
Michelle fondly refers to the 2008 spring harvest teas as our Euphoria range. With wonderful aromas and taste these teas are each exceptional examples of their unique tea styles.
