Stir Tea - Japanese Genmaicha
A Japanese classic of lightly roasted popped rice and bancha green tea leaf gives this sustaining handsome blend a nutty character. We recommend it is served without milk.

Our premium loose leaf teas are packaged in silver foil pouches. These are resealable to ensure the tea stays fresh and dry once opened.
Our range of green teas should be brewed using water that is below boiling point at around 82 degrees celsius. As a general guide, it takes a cup of boiled water resting at a room temperature of 20 degrees celsius four minutes to drop to this temperature.
Many of our green teas can be infused multiple times. Just extend the steep time a little with each subsequent infusion and ensure all the liquid is drained off each time to avoid the leaves becoming bitter.
