Stir Tea - Precious Eyebrow - Chunmee (China)
This popular Chinese green tea takes its name from the curved eyebrow shape of the dried leaves. It brews a bright straw coloured liquor with a medium body. We recommend it is served without milk.

Our range of green teas should be brewed using water that is below boiling point at around 82 degrees celsius. As a general guide, it takes a cup of boiled water resting at a room temperature of 20 degrees celsius four minutes to drop to this temperature.
Many of our green teas can be infused multiple times. Just extend the steep time a little with each subsequent infusion and ensure all the liquid is drained off each time to avoid the leaves becoming bitter.
