To serve as an iced tea (and party drink) we suggest you brew at double strength, decanting it when infused and adding sweetener to taste.  Cool to room temperature before refrigerating to chill. Serve poured over generous amounts of ice and try mixing it with soda water just prior to serving to turn it into a special party drink.  Garnish with slices of fresh fruit e.g apple, orange, pineapple to complete the party offering.  

If you wish to brew this tea to be taken chilled, without ice (or as a hot beverage) then we suggest you halve the amount of loose leaf tea that is used when brewing.
