Stir Tea - Oolong Tea
Our premium loose leaf teas are packaged in silver foil pouches. These are resealable to ensure the tea stays fresh and dry once opened.
Our range of Oolong teas should be brewed using water that is below boiling point at a temperature of around 93 degrees celsius. As a general guide it takes a cup of boiled water resting at a room temperature of 20 degrees celsius 30 seconds to drop to this temperature.
Many of our oolong teas can be infused multiple times. Just extend the steep time a little with each subsequent infusion and ensure all the liquid is drained off each time to avoid the leaves becoming bitter. < BACK
